The optimistic "conoscitore", graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Economics. With more than 20 years in the field and a vast experience on both sides of the fence as a Real Estate investor, developer and agent, allows him to professionally assist our clients in the very important decision of buying or selling a home or a commercial property. With an active license in Florida since 2001, Raul has operated in different sectors of the economy, which gives him global experience. 

 

His goal is to deliver a personalized service, professional expertise and excellent communication to achieve successful results in your Real Estate operations. He is a natural networker with excellent public relations skills and has built important local and international contacts along his trajectory. He always looks for the best alternative for his clients, whom he first considers his friends. He is a strategic thinker and his experience in evaluating residential and commercial projects makes him a very reliable analyst.

 

A visionary, just like his father, former President of Venezuela, whom he is named after, but above all he is a family man. Has been married for 40 years (to the same woman) and has 3 kids: Raul Arturo, 37, Mariamely, 35, and Daniella Sofia, 31. And also has the privilege of calling himself a grandfather to Noah, his first and only grandson for now. 

Raul is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.

EUGENIO MASLOWSKI DE BODE

An energetic powerhouse, this chemical engineer has years of experience working with multinational corporations and high net worth clients, which also developed and combines his strategic and tactic thinking.

He is a natural Entrepreneur. He is passionate about his job. Creative and with an engaging personality, Maslowski addresses issues with a keen mind and a very positive, contagious attitude.


He is the CEO of Successful Strategies Group and Shareholder in Brat’s International Realty. Some active projects include promotion of developments for second and investment homes and commercial properties in North East and First Coast in Florida.

 

He is an active fundraiser for the Art Museum for Private Collections of the Americas, which is an Art Fund, Public Non for Profits, with an objective to educate and preserve to exhibit some valuable Private Art Collections
for future generations.

He is an active Member of AM4PC, the Hispanic Culture Film Festival of JAX and Orchestra of New Spain, in DFW. He has also served in other Board of Directors, as VENAMCHAM and the Oil Chamber of Venezuela. Participant in the World Economic Forum, celebrated in Davos, Switzerland.

He has US and Polish-European Citizenship & for 17 years was Resident of Miami, and now, for 2 years of Jacksonville, Florida. He and his family have lived in Venezuela and the former Soviet Union prior to moving to the US.

 

He is married to Lieska Husband Sosa and he has 4 Children: Nicolas (40) married to the former Carolina Nava, Alexander (37) to the former Amy Houck, Maria Fernanda (34) married to Enrique Moreno, Victoria Eugenia (24) and has 6 Grandchildren: Jack, Thomas, Benjamin, Vera, Alice and Hana.


He is fluent in English, Spanish and Russian.
